The vast majority of artwork will be shipped flat. However, due to practical considerations, some larger prints / posters may be shipped in tubes.

We will contact you in the event of any shipping or delivery delays.

Returns: Items can be returned within 15 days, less shipping costs. If you would like to return or exhange something, please notify us BEFORE sending it back. Save all packing materials. Send via UPS, if possible, and make sure to list the value for insurance purposes.

Damage in Shippment: If you notice apparent damage at the time that the package is delivered, tell the UPS driver, and UPS will take the necessary steps to return it to us. If you have accepted damaged merchandise, please notify us by mail, or phone 1-877-477-5372. We will then direct UPS to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
